To finish an opponent, wait until they’re low on health and a prompt says 'Finish Him/Her!' Then, use the unique button combo for your character’s Fatality, which you can find in the move list.

As a longtime fan, I suggest practicing Fatality combos in the training mode. Knowing them by heart makes you look like a total pro when you deliver that finishing blow! Trust me, it’s worth it.
