You gotta prioritize satellite coverage! More satellites = more funding and more places to shoot aliens. Remember to save often!
Focus on upgrading your squad's gear and abilities. Once you get some powerful psionic soldiers, the final mission becomes a lot more manageable!
A good mix of snipers and assault units can turn the tide in your favor. And don't forget to level up and customize your soldiers for maximum impact.
Honestly, the only strategy that worked for me was to turtle up, methodically clear each map, and pray to the RNG gods.
