First, clean the disc with a soft cloth. If that doesn't work, try buffing out scratches with a bit of toothpaste and a microfiber towel. Good luck!

I've had some success by gently washing the disc with warm water and mild soap, then drying it thoroughly. Just don't get the label wet!

Take it to a local game store. They usually have disc repair services that work wonders!
