Have you tried turning it off and on again? No, seriously. Restart your console and plug the controller back in.
I had the same issue with my DualSense. I took it apart (following a YouTube tutorial) and carefully cleaned the potentiometer. Worked like a charm!
You might need some contact cleaner. Just spray a tiny bit where the stick meets the controller body. Make sure it鈥檚 safe for electronics!
If all else fails, use the warranty! Contact Sony support; they鈥檙e pretty good with hardware issues.
