First, make sure your internet connection is stable. A lot of the time, connection issues cause the game to fail challenges. If you're all good there, try restarting the game or even your console. If all else fails, reinstalling might do the trick.
Use a wired connection if you can. Wi-Fi can be flaky; a wired connection maintains stability.
Hot take: Sometimes the problem is on the server side, so sit back and wait for it to fix itself.
You could just need to close out and restart the game. Worked for me!
