Make sure your internet connection is stable. Wired connections are usually more stable than WiFi. Good luck!
Honestly, sometimes it's just the servers being overloaded. Just take a break and try again later.
Turning off other devices that use lots of bandwidth can sometimes help clear things up.
Try changing your DNS settings to Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Worked like a charm for me!
