Try changing the server region in the game settings. Sometimes switching from North America to Europe or Asia helps.

From personal experience, using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi can reduce disconnects. Worked like a charm for me!

Update the game. Outdated versions can have more bugs and connection issues.
