Try cleaning the disc drive with a laser lens cleaner. If that doesn't work, you might need to open it up and check for dust or debris. If you're not comfortable doing that, a repair service might be the way to go!

In my experience, a simple power cycle can sometimes work wonders. Turn off your Xbox 360, unplug it for a few minutes, and then try again. Worked like a charm for me!

Tap the top of the Xbox 360 lightly when the disc is in. This might help the drive read the disc better.

If you've got some technical skills, you can try realigning the laser yourself. Just be careful not to void any warranties!

Disk drive issues can often be fixed by gently cleaning the lens. If that fails, a professional repair might be needed.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
