Hey there! Try restarting your router and make sure no one else is hogging the bandwidth. Worked for me!
Close any other apps that are using the internet heavily, like streaming videos or downloads. Your ping will thank you.
I had the same issue, and moving closer to the router helped a lot. Simple but effective!
Sometimes switching servers can help! Check if other servers have better ping rates.
