Restart your game or device. Sometimes a simple reboot is all it takes to get things moving again.
Check if you're in first-person mode; sometimes it can make it seem like you can't move. Switch to third-person to see if that helps.
Make sure your keyboard or game controller is working properly! A faulty connection can cause issues with movement.
