Make sure you're playing on an approved Creative map that has XP enabled. Not all maps give XP!

Sometimes you just need to restart your game or even your console/PC. IT support's first rule: turn it off and on again.

Check if there are any updates for Fortnite. Outdated versions can cause XP issues.

Try switching to a different Creative map and see if you get XP there. Not all maps are created equal!
