Try switching your DNS settings to a public DNS like Google’s (8.8.8.8). Worked for me once when I was desperate!

Sometimes a quick restart of your console or PC can do wonders. You know, the classic 'turn it off and on again' trick.

All you have to do is wait. If Fortnite servers are truly offline, there’s nothing you can do but be patient and play another game in the meantime.

First, check the official Fortnite Status Twitter or the Epic Games website to see if the servers are down. Sometimes it's not your fault, just Fortnite taking a nap!

Restart your modem/router and make sure your internet connection is stable. It's amazing how often this simple step works!

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
