First, try resetting your PS5 controller by pressing the small reset button on the back with a paperclip for 5 seconds. If that doesn't work, clean the analog sticks with some compressed air and a microfiber cloth. They'll feel like new!

Stick drift? Just buy a new controller. Ain't nobody got time for that!

I had the same issue with my PS5 controller and what worked for me was recalibrating the sticks in the PS5 settings. Go to Settings -> Accessories -> Controllers -> Adjust Analog Stick Sensitivity.

Open up the controller (if you're comfortable) and clean the inside around the joysticks. Dust and grime can accumulate and cause drift over time.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
