Had this happen to me, and a simple solution was to rebuild the database through Safe Mode. Worked like a charm!
Honestly, sometimes all it takes is a hard reset. Unplug the power cord, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Try restarting your PS4 by holding the power button until it beeps twice. If that doesn't work, it might be worth checking all your cables and connections.
