I boosted my FPS by simply setting Warframe to 'High Priority' in the task manager. It sounds basic, but it worked wonders for me!

Turn off background applications and make sure you're not running anything resource-heavy while playing. Running Warframe on a PC with more RAM also helps.

First, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes they make all the difference! Also, play around with in-game settings like reducing shadows and turning off motion blur. These tweaks can smooth things out.

Warframe once ran like a slideshow for me. Lowering the resolution from 1080p to 720p improved FPS dramatically. It might not look as crisp, but it was way more playable!

Hot take: Sometimes, it's just your internet. Check your connection; a stable one can improve your overall game performance.
