How to Fix Xbox 360 Slim Disc Tray
Give your Xbox 360 Slim a good ol' power cycle first. Turn it off, unplug everything, wait a few minutes, plug it back in, and restart. If that doesn't help, sometimes gently pressing the tray while hitting the eject button works like a charm!

I had the same issue with my Xbox 360 Slim. What worked for me was manually opening the disc tray. Use a paperclip through the manual eject hole near the tray, and it should pop open.
Just buy a digital game and forget the disc tray ever existed. Problem solved.
Make sure your Xbox is on a flat, stable surface. If it鈥檚 tilted, the disc tray might struggle. Also, don鈥檛 forget to clean the tray and slot with a bit of compressed air鈥攁 little dust can cause big problems!
