Honestly, just use digital downloads. CD drives are ancient tech at this point.

I had the same issue. Ended up using a lens cleaner disc and that fixed it. Quick and easy!

Try a hard reset first! Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then restart it. If that doesn't work, you might need to open it up and clean the drive or check if any cables are loose. Good luck!
