I had a similar issue! For me, replacing the batteries worked like a charm. If you're using a rechargeable battery pack, make sure it's charged. If all else fails, consider connecting via USB cable to see if it's a wireless connection problem.

First, try syncing it again by holding the sync button on the console and the controller. If that doesn't work, a hard reset might do the trick. Power cycle your Xbox Series S by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Sometimes a firmware update can solve issues, so check for updates in the settings menu.

Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Just kidding, don't do that! But seriously, try a different USB cable or port if the controller isn't responding.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
