If you find yourself upside-down, fear not! Simply exit the vehicle and give it a gentle nudge by holding down the 'Y' button (on Xbox) or 'R' (on PC). Your car will magically flip back to its wheels, ready to roll again!

I once flipped my favorite Juggernaut on its back. I just got out and held 'Y', and voil脿, the car was back on its wheels!
