First, select a plane and hit 'Test Flight' to practice. Use the left joystick to control your pitch and roll—up and down for altitude, left and right for roll. For engine power, R2 is your throttle and L2 is for braking. Landing? That’s the real deal; keep practicing!

Just pick a plane and head to test flight mode. Left stick for maneuvers, right stick for camera. L2 and R2 for throttle and brake. Get some air time!

Pro tip: Start with arcade mode. Left stick controls the plane, R2/L2 for speed. Practice landing, it’s trickier than taking off!

Flying in War Thunder on PS4? Start by picking an airplane and go to the test flight mode to get the hang of the controls. Use the left stick for your basic pitch and roll maneuvers, and the right stick for camera control. L2 and R2 work as your throttle and brake. Practice makes perfect, ace!
