To add friends in Splatoon 3, just open your Nintendo Switch Home Menu, go to your profile, and select 'Add Friend'. Once they accept, they'll appear in your Splatoon 3 friends list! Easy peasy!

From my experience, adding friends in Splatoon 3 is a breeze. Sync your Nintendo friends list, and you're good to go!

You gotta add them through your Nintendo Switch friends list first. After adding, hop back into Splatoon 3 and they'll show up!
