To gameshare on PS4, log into your friend's PS4 with your PSN account, then go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 and select 'Activate'. Now, your friend can access your PlayStation Plus benefits and games!

First-hand tip: I've done this with my buddy's PS4. Just remember to deactivate your account as the primary on your own PS4 if you're switching around often.
