To do a Genocide run in Undertale, you need to kill everything that moves. Start by defeating Toriel, then ensure you wipe out every monster in each area before moving on. You'll know you're done when you get the 'But nobody came...' message after a few random encounters.

Just remember: In every area, you need to grind until you've killed the required number of enemies. You'll get the 'You've earned Level X' message when you're doing it right. Good luck, and brace yourself for the feels!

Kill everything. No, seriously, everything.

From experience, you need to keep track of your kills in each area. If you leave a single monster alive, you won't get the true Genocide ending. Stay determined!
