Use the Roblox website, not the app! Select one hair from the Avatar Editor, then click the Advanced button. Copy and paste the ID of another hair in the ID slots. Done!

Easy-peasy! Go to the Avatar Editor, select one hair, then open the Advanced settings at the bottom. Now, copy the Asset IDs of the hairs you want and paste them there. Voila, double hair!
