I hit level 1500 and prepared myself for the fight. Spoke with King Red Head, defeated rip_indra, and I was off to the 3rd Sea! Focus on leveling up and the quests will follow.
You gotta be at least level 1500 to get to the 3rd Sea. Once you hit that, go talk to the NPC called the King Red Head on the starting island of the 2nd Sea. Finish his quest, beat the rip_indra raid boss, and boom! You're on your way to the 3rd Sea!
