Just buy it. Seriously, save yourself the hassle of gathering materials and check out Nook's Cranny. They might have a better axe for sale. Not as satisfying as crafting, but hey, time is bells!

To upgrade your flimsy axe to a better one in Animal Crossing, you gotta gather the necessary materials first! Start by crafting a flimsy axe using wood and stones. Then, to get the next level, the stone axe or the regular axe, you鈥檒l need to use iron nuggets which you can find by hitting rocks. The real game-changer is the regular axe, which chops down trees in three hits but it requires more iron nuggets, so get mining! Make sure you have the DIY recipe for these upgrades, which you can get from Tom Nook or find in message bottles on the beach.

The stone axe is all you need. It doesn't chop down trees, so it's perfect for sustainable wood farming. Why destroy nature when you can live in harmony with it?

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
