To snag yourself a Fish Finder in Terraria, you gotta be patient and love fishing! You need to complete Angler quests. He gives you the three components randomly after you complete his quests: the Weather Radio, Sextant, and Pocket Guide. Combine these bad boys at a Tinkerer's Workshop, and voila, you got yourself a Fish Finder!

Fish Finder? Just fish a lot and do those Angler quests. RNG can be a pain, but that's how it rolls.
