You need to complete the Bee Quest given by the Queen Bee. After completing her tasks, you'll get the Honeycomb as a reward.

Just head over to the beehive area in the forest, complete the Bee Queen's mini-quests, and voila, Honeycomb acquired!
Bee quests are boring. Trade with someone who has a spare Honeycomb!
Simply follow the bees. They will lead you to the beehive, where you'll need to help the Queen Bee with her quests to get the Honeycomb.
I did the Bee Quest last week. It's a bit of a grind but worth it for that sweet Honeycomb!
