Getting a magic wand in Animal Crossing isn't as hard as it sounds! First, you gotta keep your eyes peeled for Celeste, the cute owl astronaut. She'll show up randomly at night on your island. Chat her up, and she'll give you the DIY recipe for a Star Wand. Next step, you need to wish on shooting stars when they appear in your night sky. Collect the Star Fragments that wash up on your beach the next day. Grab yourself 3 Star Fragments and 1 Large Star Fragment, craft it, and voila, magic wand time!

Honestly, I never bother with the Magic Wand. Customizing my island and vibing with my villagers feels like the real magic in Animal Crossing. But hey, to each their own!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
