Just go to the Quills, get the parts, and craft it. Simple as that.
Go to Cetus and find the Quills or head to Fortuna and talk to Little Duck. They'll hook you up with everything you need to make an Amp!
You can build new Amps by visiting the Quills in Cetus or Little Duck in Fortuna. You鈥檒l need to gather specific resources and blueprints for the different parts of the Amp (prism, scaffold, and brace). Happy farming!
