Bro, just farm Eidolons and use the shards to buy better amp parts from the Quills or Vox Solaris. Easy peasy.

From personal experience, the 2-2-3 (Shwaak Prism, Pencha Scaffold, Juttni Brace) is a great amp build for both Eidolons and general use. Took down an Eidolon solo with it!
