Go to the PlayStation Store, select 'Redeem Codes,' and then enter the code on the back of your PS Plus card.
If the code doesn’t work, try restarting your console. Sometimes a quick reboot fixes the issue.
Contact PlayStation Support if the code still isn't working. They can check if the code has already been used or help with any other issues you might be experiencing.
