Robux purchases are generally considered final. However, if you made an accidental purchase or encounter an issue, contact Roblox Support through their help page.
From personal experience, I can tell you Roblox doesn't provide refunds for Robux. You might want to contact their customer support for any possible exceptions.
Good luck getting a refund for Robux. Roblox pretty much considers all Robux purchases final. Contact support if you feel lucky.
