You gotta reach level 17 first! Once you do, go to the Home Store, then navigate to the Stairs tab. Choose your style, and bam—instant class upgrade for your Sim's home!

Hit Level 17 and head over to the Home Store. The Stairs tab will have a variety of options for you to choose from. Happy building!

I've been playing for years and remember my excitement when I hit level 17. Just go to the Home Store and check out the new stairs in the Stairs tab. So many cool options!
