Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! To snag yourself a tow truck in GTA 5, you just need to head over to the LS Custom shop in Sandy Shores. There's a tow truck usually parked outside. If it's not there, take a drive around the area, it should spawn in no time. Remember, you can't keep it in your garage though - but hey, driving it around is half the fun!
