Max out your Looks stat and use the Special Careers option to find the Actor career path. Good luck!
Keep your stats up, especially Looks and Smarts, and start from the bottom! Apply to be a Voice Actor, and work your way up the acting ladder.
In my experience, you want high Looks and go for that Voice Actor job. Later, apply for the Actor roles to start your star-studded career.
