Story mode will unlock the majority of characters. For the remaining ones, gather Kimetsu points by playing other modes and unlock them in the Rewards section!
To unlock all characters in Demon Slayer Hinokami Chronicles, you mainly need to progress through the story mode and complete various chapters. Some characters are also unlocked by playing versus mode and spending Kimetsu points in the Rewards menu.
Just beat the Story Mode - you'll get nearly all of them that way. A real grind for the rest!
