Complete the True Pacifist route, then the Genocide route. It's worth it, trust me!
To get all endings in Undertale, you need to play through the game multiple times and make different choices. Try a True Pacifist run (spare everyone), a Neutral run (mix of sparing and killing), and a Genocide run (kill everyone). Happy exploring!
