I've gotten all the items by replaying levels and making sure I snag all the collectible rings. It was worth it!
To get all items in Sonic Forces, make sure to complete all avatar missions and stages, because that's where you'll find a lot of unlockables! Plus, collecting as many Red Star Rings, Number Rings, and Silver Moon Rings as possible will help unlock lots of bonus content. Happy hunting!
Many items are rewards for finishing stages with high ranks, so aim for those S ranks!
