Honestly, just play the game as much as you can. The banners will come eventually. No shortcuts here!
From personal experience, diversify your gameplay. Try being a criminal, a doctor, a monk, whatever! Different life choices net you different banners.
Just grind through different life paths and religions, and you'll eventually collect all the banners. Some of them are pretty crazy but also fun to get!
