Getting all the NPCs in Terraria is like hosting the biggest, most varied party in your world! Each NPC requires specific conditions to show up. Honestly, it's not worth stressing over every single NPC. Focus on the ones that offer what you need for your current goals in the game. Some are more useful than others.
