How to get an Anklet of the Wind in Terraria
Easy peasy! You gotta dive into the Jungle biome and look for Ivy Chests inside the Jungle Shrines. These chests are the only place where the Anklet of the Wind spawns. Just keep your eyes peeled for those hidden shrines; sometimes they're a bit tricky to find among all the greenery. And watch out for the man-eating plants!

Just pray to the RNG gods! Seriously though, checking every Ivy Chest in Jungle Shrines is your best bet. Each one has a chance to contain an Anklet of the Wind, but you might have to search quite a few to find it.
