To get a KO item in Tetris Battle, you need to KO (knock out) your opponents by sending garbage lines to them until their stack reaches the top. Once you achieve a KO, the game will reward you with a KO item. To use it, select it from your item inventory during the match to unleash its special effect. Go get those KOs!
