To get the coffee shop, it's all about putting in the work to meet specific game requirements. Each Animal Crossing game has its own set of tasks you gotta complete. So, check the game you're playing for the exact to-do list. Happy brewing!

Isn't it just easier to visit someone else's island who already has a coffee shop? I mean, why go through all the hassle?

I just bought decorations that looked like a cafe and made my own coffee shop on my island. DIY for the win!

Unlocking the coffee shop in Animal Crossing, also known as The Roost, depends on which game you're playing! For example, in New Leaf, you gotta donate at least 50 items to the museum, and have the museum shop already open. It's a cozy spot where villagers grab their coffee, so totally worth the effort!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
