Just get yourself an Incarnon weapon. That鈥檚 the only weapon type that can use Arcanes right now.
Trust me, it might take some time, but farming Steel Path missions will net you the Arcanes you need. Worth every minute!
Simple! Kuva and Tenet weapons are what you need. Farm specific missions for the Arcanes and slap them onto your weapons via the Foundry.
