Just do the Old Guns quest. That's it. No Minutemen coziness needed, just straight to business with Ronnie Shaw at the Castle.

To get artillery in Fallout 4, you gotta play smart! First, make sure you're tight with the Minutemen, cuz they're the key. Start by completing the quest 'When Freedom Calls' to get them on your side. Then, mosey on over to the Castle and finish the quest 'Taking Independence'. After you've given the giant crab the boot, talk to Ronnie Shaw at the Castle. She'll kick off the quest 'Old Guns'. Follow through with it, and bam, you'll unlock the artillery, which you can then build at your settlements. Just remember, you gotta have enough resources and settlement happiness to make those big booms happen!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
