I got my Ash Systems by farming Grineer Manics in the Uranus tileset. Took a few runs, but worth it!

You can farm Ash Systems from Grineer Manic units. They drop it as a rare reward when you defeat them in higher level Grineer missions.

Run the Ceres mission, 'Gabii.' It's an Infested Survival mission where you'll encounter Manics, and have a chance at getting the drop.
