Farm Ash parts by doing Grineer Survival missions at higher levels. You'll encounter Manics there who drop the blueprints.
In my experience, the best place to farm Ash parts is on Saturn, particularly on the survival missions. Just be ready for Manics to jump out and give you a surprise hug!
