How to Get Attachments in The Division 2
I found most of my attachments by grinding through Control Points and Dark Zone areas. Also, don't forget to check vendors in settlements and safe houses regularly for new stock.

You can get attachments in The Division 2 by completing missions and side missions, looting enemy drops, and purchasing them from vendors. Keep an eye out for caches and supply drops too!
You can also craft attachments using blueprints that you find or purchase. Visit the crafting station in your base of operations!
Just do the missions and side missions; you'll get attachments eventually.
