To get a better Mote Amp, you need to visit Cetus on Earth and start doing Quills bounties. Rank up with the Quills, and you'll be able to craft more powerful Amps using blueprints you can buy from them.
Forget grinding for Amps, just join a good squad and let them carry you. Works like a charm every time!
Max out your standing with the Quills in Cetus and you'll be able to craft a better Amp. Simple as that!
